He-Ne-Laserröhre

Red 633 nm 1.5 mW random polarized laser tube.
One of the earlier and more commonly used coaxial laser tubes. This was a popular barcode scanner tube back in the 1980s.
Power requirements to run are about a 1.5 kV DC power supply at 4.5 mA, with a 75 K ballast at the anode.
