12Zh1L (or 12J1L) Universal Pentode

Produced in the 80's.
Normally enclosed in a metal screen loktal cap with a small bakelite handle.
Designed for use in all stages of receivers in the frequency range up to 200 MHz, as well as in the output stages of low-power amplifiers and high frequency of the master oscillator.
Close to the RV12P2000, but not a direct replacement, since RV12P2000 has totally different base.
