TELEFUNKEN EVN171 Triode

Introduced in 1914.

Early amplifier tube extensively used in WW-I communications equipment. Intended for use in low-frequency amplifiers. It operated with a filament current of 0.5-0.55 ampere at 2.7 volts and 80-100 volts on the anode. It had an amplification factor of about 10, a mutual inductance of about 100 micromhos; and an internal resistance of about 100,000 ohms.
