ADZAM (MAZDA reversed) tubes were produced in Belgium by MBLE (Manufacture Belge de Lampes Électriques).

Medium-mu double triode intended for use as a resistance coupled amplifier, or combined vertical oscillator and vertical deflection amplifier in television receivers.
