Designed at the Salt Lake City plant in July of 1984, the YU-101 was a proprietary tube made for Leeman Labs for their Inductively Coupled Plasma spectrometers, so Eimac never printed a data sheet for it.
The tube is a variation of the 3CW1500A3 with a mounting flange; the electrical parameters should be the same.
