Brown Boveri developed and manufactured its portable decimeter wave radio station TLD from 1943/44 onwards. Cerberus supplied glow stabilizers with the type designation S90/40. In 1946, Autophon also equipped the power supply unit of its VHF receiver E46 (AM/FM, 27-101 MHz) with two S90/40 connected in series.
