This appears to be a miniature CRT without focusing system and beam deflection. The phosphor screen is only 0.75 inches in diameter. Phosphor is very coarse-grained and uneven, as if deposited by hand. The plate on which the phosphor is deposited is polished flat and appears to be cemented to the tube envelope. The base appears also to be cemented.
