Manufactured by the Reflector (Рефлектор) Plant in Saratov (Russia) in the mid-1990's.

3-color VFD intended for use in the construction of “jumbotron” style full color displays.

It consists of 4 groups of 3 colored bars. A pale green phosphor is used for both the blue and green color bands, and a colored lacquer is applied to the outside of the tube over these sections to create a {blue, red, green} display.
