EEV Magnetron Type M5167Linear accelerator magnetron It provides 2.5 MW, 3.5 js long pulses at 3 GHz. The pulses have a rise time of about 80 ns. This type has been replaced with the MG5193. This tube is form fit and function replacement. What is more, the MG5193 has a higher average power capability than its predecessor.
