Low-power current-controlled electrometric glow discharge thyratron designed to register low currents (lower limit 10^-10 .. 10^-11 A) when working with high-resistance sensors in electronic devices (ionization chambers, photocells, etc.).

The cathode is made of molybdenum, the tube is filled with neon with the addition of 1% argon.

Anode-Cathode voltage: 90 .. 125 V
Direct anode voltage: 200 V
Life expectancy: > 100 hours (according to some reference books: 500 hours).
