Teledyne Semiconductor Fetron TS12AT7/A1 9-pin Miniature Double TriodeFetrons are solid-state, plug-compatible replacements for vacuum tubes. They were manufactured by Teledyne Semiconductor from 1967, primarily as a low-maintenance and low-power swap-in to replace vacuum tubes. The TS12AT7 wss used as push-pull cathode-drive amplifier or frequency converter in the FM range, multivibrators or oscillators in industrial control devices, phase inverters, clamp circuit, relay drivers, and other diversified applications. The low power consumption made it ideal for mobile equipment tube replacement.
