Type and manufacturer unknown. There are still some traces of a yellow marking on the tube.

This tube has three tiny vacuum tubes incased in one miniature 7-pin bulb.
Each tiny tube has two vertical electrodes inside it, and each of the three has its own getter and getter flash.
All three tubes are isolated at the top by a mica and a ring of some braided cloth, possibly synthetic, silver looking in color, most likely in order to keep the tubes isolated from one another inside the miniature glass bulb.
