The Telefunken YK1020 is a reflex klystron with 150 mW output power, mechanical tunable from 7.1 to 8.1 GHz. Supply voltage is 300 V DC at 26 mA, reflector voltage should be -80 to -280 V. Electronic bandwidth for half power electronic tuning range is 25 MHz.
